Casey M Corrie | President & Managing Partner
A native of Atlanta, GA, Casey earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. He began his career in the insurance business, earning the Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU, designation, and worked for nearly 20 years with insurance and investment management firms such as INA Life (CIGNA), Shearson Lehman Hutton, and Prudential (Bache) Investments. He was also an independent advisor with the Registered Investment Advisor , Renaissance Planning in Arlington, TX. Casey’s career included positions in sales, sales management, and marketing, primarily addressing the needs of high net worth and institutional clients. In addition, he worked with Dun and Bradstreet, assisting investment firms, and other industries, consulting in the stratification of their potential market opportunities and the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives.
In 1993, Casey became an executive search consultant, with the firm now known as The Jacob Group, in Plano, TX, (Dallas area). His practice centered on client companies in the financial services industry, focusing in particular on firms marketing to institutional retirement plans, nationwide.
Casey founded The Moisson Group, Inc, in November 1996, to perform executive search assignments for firms providing investment management and related services. In 2010, the firm reorganized under a new name, Moisson Partners Inc, to reflect the changes in focus and the addition of partners.
Casey speaks publicly to advisor groups on succession planning, recruiting, practice management, acquisition strategies, and building teams.
Casey and his wife, Debra, live in the Des Moines, IA metropolitan area. They support primarily children’s charities. As a result of family history, Casey also supports foundations seeking cures for heart diseases, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s. Casey was an early member of the Planned Giving Board of All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. He enjoys working out, golf, hiking and sport climbing, primarily with Debra and their two adult sons, Adam and Jacob. They welcomed grandson, Caden, in May 2017, granddaughter, Quinn Mackenna, in 2019, and grandson, Rhenn in 2021.
William Clark | ENTREPRENEURSHIP Consultant
Bill is a true entrepreneur. We look to him for his counsel and expertise in finance, management, (both human capital and financial capital), and his background in recruiting.
After attending Florida State University, where he and Casey met, Bill worked for a number of years as credit manager for Snelling and Snelling employment agencies located throughout Florida. Bill worked as a financial advisor and insurance agent at CIGNA and The New England in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
In 1993, Bill created Synergy Marketing, a multi-faceted brokerage house that represented several different product lines. He represented insurance lines, telecommunications products prepaid phone cards and advertising for a health magazine.
In 1996, Bill became VP of Operations for All Trades Staffing. ATS was a staffing agency that provided skilled labor to contractors throughout the southeast. During Bill’s tenure the firm grew from $4 million in sales to $40 million over 4 years. He was also a part of the team to help sell the firm.
In 2000, Bill became co-founder and CEO of Construct Corps a staffing company that provided skilled tradespeople to contractors and industry. They started the company in 2000 and grew it to 27 locations over the next 8 years.
In 2008, after selling his interest in Construct Corps, Bill founded Clark Consulting, a holding company for several business ventures, including recruiting, outsourcing, staffing, outplacement, and syndicating. He is also a “CEO for hire” through which he is currently helping to grow a mid-sized staffing firm. In addition, Bill is president of Southeast Monitoring Solutions, (SCRAMX & GPS). Founded in 2010, SMS provides continuous alcohol monitoring bracelets and GPS monitoring equipment to individuals and the legal community on the West coast of Florida.
Finally, as mentioned, Bill is a leader who brings critical experience and guidance to Moisson Partners Inc, and our clients.
Bill and his wife Linda, an attorney, are longtime residents of Tampa, FL. Three of their adult children live in the immediate area. A fourth, is a youth minister, living in New Orleans. Bill is an avid fisherman and mountain biker. Bill and Linda are very active in the community and church.
Adam M. Corrie | Founder, Breakout Implementation, Inc., Fractional COO
A native of Dallas, TX, Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. He began his career in the investment industry with TD Ameritrade Institutional in Ft Worth, TX in 2008. His career includes marketing for one of the largest RIA firms in Iowa, banking, executive search and merger and acquisition. In less than 5 years, Adam was charged with managing and leading the operations for an advisory firm in Des Moines with over $400 million in assets under management. His responsibilities on the leadership team of the firm included technology, operations, billing, employee management, and compliance. He was early in introducing the EOS® program to the firm. Adam also organized and managed much of the operational and compliance-related aspects of the firm’s move from using the broker dealer’s RIA to the creation of their own independent RIA. He also created and implemented a firm-wide wiki as well as the firm’s Microsoft Sharepoint online workspace.
It is Adam’s leadership roles and his breadth of industry experience, along with a deep understanding and experience with EOS® that makes him an exceptional choice for EOS® Implementer and practice management consultant. He brings to the role the unique prospective of a professional who understands and has worked in the trenches to solve the difficult problems that today’s advisory firm owners face on a daily basis.
As a strategic partner and consultant, Adam assists Moisson Partners Inc, with our work with buyers and sellers and with strategic planning.
