Prior to focusing on M&A, our background was in executive search until about 2010. Many of the lessons and strategies learned, became the basis for our work today. Our mission is to provide firm owners, advisors, and their key employees a partner to help them build revenue, profit, and value in their firms. The mission extends to those firms that support them, broker dealers and RIAs, along with the Institutional markets.
